3. Rinse Thoroughly: Use running water to rinse off any remaining seawater, ensuring that all metal parts and crevices are thoroughly cleaned.
4. Dry Completely: Allow the equipment to air dry completely in a shaded area before storage, preventing moisture retention which can lead to corrosion.
5. Inspect for Damage: Check all seals, joints, and metal components for signs of wear or damage after cleaning to ensure long-term functionality.
6. Store Properly: Keep the equipment in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, aiding in the preservation of all components.
