Why the shutter disconnected underwater?

Water will block out the signal. Check the distance between the shutter and the housing, if the gap between the housing and the shutter more than 3 cm in fresh water, more than 1.5cm in salty water, bluetooth signal will be block out. Usually it happens when installed on the dual handle tray, and the handle is moved too far away from the housing. Normally shorten the distance between the housing and the handle until the shutter touches the housing would works.
The other possibility might be the auto shut down after 10 minute haven't been operated. Press the shutter 5 seconds until you see the blue light is on, and the shutter will be connected to your phone automatically (if the phone is paired already).
