Easy to use and set up.
Been on about 12 dives so far. Stayed dry.
Used the Divevolk SeaTouch 4 Max plus with a Samsung Galaxy S25FE.
Overall the housing performs well.
My opinion for improvements:
1) the gel coverage area should be slightly larger to allow buttons at the edges to pressed easily.
2) hope to have better sensitivity for the gel area. Maybe making the bag slightly thinner might help. If the trade off is reducing the max depth to 45 meters, it should still be logical consideration since most divers uses this housing for recreational diving anyway.
3) Red filter. I soaked the entire housing in fresh water for about 2 hours after each dive but left the red filter on the 67mm threaded mount for the whole day. Took some effort to unscrew it at night. Had to loosen the red filter from the 67mm threaded mount during every soaking session after each dive and keep the red filter unmounted for the night to avoid the filter getting stuck to the mount.
4) might want to explore having a small compartment for a small silica gel bag within the housing area to help keep the air dry within the housing.
Best regards,
Justin.
Too bulky
A company is measured when thing do not go according to plan and I’m incredibly impressed with Divevolk’s service.
After a year of use, my case developed an issue, and they handled it with absolute professionalism.
The team responded quickly, treated the situation with genuine care, and replaced the case without any hassle.
It’s rare to find a company so committed to standing behind their products. Divevolk has earned my trust, and I’ll happily continue recommending them and using their products
Best underwater case ever. Bought the DIVEVOLK SeaTouch 4 Max Plus for my trip to South America, Galapagos and was stunned by the quality. Immediately people in my snorkeling group wanted the same. As I gifted this case after this to my brother for a diving trip and hence, I bought a new one. This time DIVEVOLK SeaTouch 4 Max Plus Underwater Housing Filter Kit for iPhone to be equipped for my next trips. Absolutely convincing!!!
Excellent product and excellent support.
The quality of the DiveVolk system is outstanding. I only experienced a minor shipping issue because the adapter and the kit arrived in separate packages, but the customer support team was easy to reach, responded quickly, and solved everything efficiently.
Great communication and great service. Highly recommended.
Perfect.
