I did order in Oct 2024 a seatouch 4 housing and last month I did order an adapter for my new phone and SURPRISE!!!
I did not have my housing with me when I ordered so I checked online to see my order historic and it was said Seatouch 4 max PLUS; so with common sens I ordered the adapter for the Max plus and that is the begging of my nightmare… when I received it I tried a week later on my housing and IT DID NOT FIT!
Cause what I ordered in 2024 was a seatouch 4 Max and NOT MAX PLUS…And because I have to travel in two weeks and nobody answer my emails, I had to GRIND my brand new adapter to fit my actual case!
SO NO! IT WAS NOT A NICE EXPERIENCE

I recently upgraded to one of the latest Samsung phone models and expected a much smoother experience, but my recent dive trip to Roatán left me quite frustrated. Not the first time, and feeling like I would give up.
Most of my issues occurred underwater through the housing's membrane. It routinely took 5 to 6 swipe technique attempts just to wake the phone up while diving, which caused me to miss several shots.
It was noticeable enough that other divers in my group commented on my struggles to get the camera to react.
Additionally, I purchased the new shutter remote from a local dealer for this trip. While it worked initially, it repeatedly disconnected throughout the dives.

While it works as expected, I did have to take some fine grit sandpaper to many parts of it to remove some sharp and/or rough areas left over from the 3D printing process.
I thought I did not have enough time to receive customized case before I moved, but their customer service made it happen. I received it a few days before I moved. And, the case fits my phone! Thank you so much!

I will be getting another one of these housings soon for the primary. I was going to get out Saturday for the "shakedown dives" on the housing and both Pixel 9 pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL but the wind kicked up postponed. Love the case and the accessories can't wait to try it.
Customer service is great i wish there was a little more room to add a desiccant pack
