Refund policy
DIVEVOLK Return Policy
1. We kindly request that any items purchased online be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. For returns not due to quality issues, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
3. To qualify for a full refund, returned items must remain in brand-new, unopened condition (with original packaging intact and labels undamaged).
4. If the product packaging has been opened but the item itself remains unused, a 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for items that have been used, installed, or damaged due to personal reasons.
6. To facilitate your return, we require the original receipt or packing slip as proof of purchase.
7. Items purchased from third-party sellers or distributors should be returned directly to the respective seller, in accordance with their specific return policies. This also applies to orders placed through platforms such as Amazon.com.
8. The shipping warehouse cannot accept returns. Please contact customer service for an authorized return address before sending back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
DIVEVOLK Return Process
1. Submit Return Request
- Complete the [Online Return Form] and email it to aftersales@divevolk.com.
- We’ll provide the return address.
2. Prepare Your Return
- Securely package the item(s) with the original packing slip or order confirmation copy.
3. Ship Your Return
- Send the package via a tracked shipping method and email the tracking number to aftersales@divevolk.com.
4. Refund Processing
- Once received, we’ll inspect the item(s) and issue your refund within 14 business days.
