Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend purchasing directly from the DIVEVOLK website. Although the website suggests they can ship to my country without any issues, my package has been held in customs due to shipment classification from the seller, and I have still not received my order. When I requested a solution, I was told I would have to wait an indefinite period for a refund, while the only immediate alternative offered was store credit to buy again from the same website—with no guarantee that the same shipping issue wouldn’t happen again. I find this to be misleading consumer practice. I also contacted customer support and have not received a response since last Thursday. Overall, the shipping process and experience have been disappointing. I'm still waiting for a viable solution to hopefully work things out.

The case is amazing! feels super great quality. The only inconvenient is that even that can fit all sorts of phones it only comes with 1 phone adaptor. Will be great if it comes with at least 2 or 3, in my personal case is for work purposes so we tend to use 3 different phones. Currently using with a S26 Ultra, but working on an adaptor for pixel 10 plus and an iphone 16.
Other than that product is brilliant and works like a dream!!

I have only used my SeaToouch 4 Max + once. I found that I needed to apply quite a bit of pressure for the touchscreen to work. It was challenging to zoom in and out smoothly. Will this get easier the deeper I go?

heavy, bulky, screen too delicate

Just paired the Seatouch 4 max plus with my new iPhone 17Pro. I love it! I killed my GoPro and decided to try this case instead of replacing the GoPro. Great decision. The camera quality is so much better and don’t have to use an app to transfer pics and videos. It takes some getting used to on positioning but by day 2 it was simple. Highly recommended!!

This DIVEVOLK underwater housing worked great with my Google Pixel 9 pro while on a week-long snorkeling trip! I really appreciated being able to take pictures underwater with my favorite camera (my phone) instead of having to either use a cheap underwater camera that would have gotten poorer pictures and videos or a super expensive and huge underwater camera setup. I could use my touchscreen and had ZERO worries about leakage with this sturdy case and was able to set my phone up so that I could touch my screen to wake it and then press the camera shortcut I had placed on my wake screen to get to the camera so I wouldn't have to enter my passcode to get into the camara or other phone functions. You could also just set your phone to just always be on, but I spent long amounts of time underwater and didn't want to drain my battery. The ONLY thing I couldn't do was to pinch and zoom (well, not easily anyway) while framing a picture, but could use the zoom slider or manual lens selection option instead. Super happy to have made this purchase!
