The energy at the Long Beach Convention Center for Scuba Show 2025 was incredible! From May 31st to June 1st, the US diving community came together, and DIVEVOLK was thrilled to be at the heart of the action. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth (#710) to connect with our fantastic US sales representatives, Riptide Sales Group.
While it was wonderful to showcase our full range of products, the real buzz was centered around two major announcements: the official US launch of one exciting new accessory, and an exclusive sneak peek at a technology poised to change underwater communication forever.
Official US Launch: The DIVEVOLK Bluetooth External Shutter
For divers who demand precision, we officially launched our new Bluetooth External Shutter to the US market at the show. We heard from countless visitors that the challenge of getting a perfectly sharp, stable shot by tapping a touchscreen, especially with gloves, is a real one. The External Shutter is the definitive solution.
Visitors at our booth got to experience firsthand its ergonomic design, tactile feedback, and versatile quick-release mounting system. They tested how it mounts instantly onto a SeaTouch 4 Max housing for a compact setup, or onto a Dual Handle Tray for a full professional rig. The feedback was fantastic, confirming it provides the stability needed for crystal-clear images and video.
A Glimpse into the Future: The SeaLink Mobile Transmitter
The true talk of the show, however, was the exclusive preview of a product that is still under wraps but set to launch soon: the SeaLink Mobile Transmitter.
For the first time in the US, we demonstrated a technology that answers the ultimate “what if” question: What if you could live-stream your dive, make a video call, or access real-time data from 30 meters underwater?
The SeaLink is an innovative mobile signal transmission and communication device designed specifically for the underwater environment. Here’s how it works:
- A floating central processor on the surface receives mobile carrier signals (like 4G/5G).
- It then transmits that signal via a specialized, durable cable to the smartphone inside your DIVEVOLK housing.
- Paired with our full touchscreen housings, this completely unleashes your phone’s communication capabilities underwater, breaking through the traditional barriers of signal loss.
The potential applications had visitors buzzing with excitement and lining up to pre-order. Imagine the possibilities:
- Live streaming dive courses, conservation work, or unique underwater events directly to social media.
- Making crystal-clear video calls to the surface team during complex technical or research dives.
- Real-time data transmission for scientific monitoring or commercial projects.

It was fantastic to connect with so many divers, content creators, and professionals at the show. Our on-site 20% discount was a huge hit, and it was great to see our products available for sale directly at the event through the many supportive local US dealers present.
