Reconnecting in Hong Kong: DIVEVOLK's Highlights from DRT Show 2023!

After a four-year hiatus, the Hong Kong International Dive and Resort Travel Expo (DRT SHOW Hong Kong) made its much-anticipated return in late 2023! As the first major diving event in the city post-pandemic, the atmosphere at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre was electric. Supported by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, this three-day extravaganza successfully brought together over 100 global industry leaders and attracted an incredible 44,475 diving enthusiasts.

It was a vital opportunity for the diving industry to collaborate, showcase innovations, and reconnect with the passionate diving community as we collectively navigated the path forward. DIVEVOLK was thrilled to be part of this significant event!

The Buzz at DIVEVOLK Booth R270

Our booth, R270, was a hub of activity throughout the three days. The energy was fantastic, filled with enthusiastic divers eager to see the latest in underwater technology. A heartfelt thank you to every single customer, friend, and visitor who stopped by!

We showcased our comprehensive range of gear designed to empower smartphone underwater photography and videography, including our popular Marine Suits, Macro Lens Sets, Semi-Dry Masks, and Dual-Light Sets. A major highlight was the **exclusive preview of our two stunning new housing colors for 2024: Glimmering White and Oceanic Blue!** Making their debut appearance at the Hong Kong show, these fresh looks certainly captured a lot of attention.

Engaging the Passionate Dive Community

Connecting with fellow diving enthusiasts is always a highlight of these shows. We prepared several fun activities:

• Gifts Galore: Visitors could simply scan a QR code to follow us and receive fun goodies like shark plush keychains, luggage tags, mask straps, and water guns. These were incredibly popular and quickly snapped up!

• Exciting Lucky Draws: To show our appreciation and give attendees a chance to experience our gear, we held lucky draws on the afternoons of December 16th and 17th. The atmosphere was electric as participants vied for valuable prizes, including our star product, the SeaTouch 4 Max (worth $229), a Wide-Angle Lens (worth $109), and Red & Magenta Filters (worth $44).

• A Very Lucky Winner: On the final afternoon, we drew one extra lucky winner who became the very first person in Hong Kong to own our brand new **Glimmering White** housing (previewed for 2024)! Earlier that day, he had specifically asked about the new colors, expressing slight disappointment they weren't available until January. Imagine his surprise and delight when he won it just hours later! He made sure to come back and express his thanks. We hope he captures many incredible underwater moments with his unique prize!
